I've downloaded the Vyvo SocialFi app from the app store. How do I use it?
The Vyvo SocialFi app is evolving so this response may not include all of the features but we'll do our best to share some of the functionality. When you log into the app, your current status is displayed along with when the next Epoch (weekly period) closes. This is simply when Vyvo calculates your weekly compensation.
Clicking on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the app will display a series of menus. The Hub Console contains your dashboard, invitations and connections. Your dashboard provides summary information. Your invitations (an important piece of the app) show your Permanent Invitation Codes for Hub A and for Hub B. Clicking on the Hub A or Hub B Icon will display them. You'll want to note them both so you can keep them handy should for when you need to text the Invitation Code to someone who would like to buy product or join the business. See Step 4 above for details on the language used when conveying the Invitation Code.
Connections provides you with a list of the people you have directly linked to Vyvo. Note their Hub is displayed there as well.
The SocialFi menu item contains details on your rewards, awards and promotions. To distinguish between Connection Rewards and Community Rewards, simply think of connections as those people you enroll directly and community as people others you enrolled as affiliates enrolled either as clients or affiliates.
You'll also notice at the bottom of the app there are five different icons allowing you to navigate to some of the items outlined above more quickly than navigating through the menus.
What does it mean when you say Hub A or Hub B?
Simply said, within your business, you have two different teams that compete with each other for revenue volume. Your goal is to have a tie between the two teams and ultimately to have as high a dollar value (or score) as possible each week. Why is it important that I balance the revenue volume between Hub A and Hub B?
So that you can maximize your revenue share commissions, you'll want to try to maintain a balance in the revenue value between your Hub A and Hub B. For example, if you have $10,000 in volume in Hub A and $12,000 in volume in Hub B for the week, you will be paid on the volume you can match. So in the example above, you would be able to match the $10,000 in Hub A with $10,000 in Hub B and that $20,000 in revenue volume would be paid out at 3.5% for the week. The unmatched, remaining $2,000 in Hub B would carry forward to the following week(s) until it is matched. There is no flushing of volume so you don't lose that volume but it must be matched to become a part of your weeks calculation.
How is my compensation plan calculated?
Retail sales of devices and of the AI access plans are paid at a rate of 10% immediately. In addition, you are paid 3.5% based on matched leg volume on a weekly basis. If you have further questions, your sponsor can help explain these two components of the compensation structure further. Beyond these two components, there are additional ways to earn rewards which your sponsor can explain further as well.
I cannot see the people my affiliates have added. Should I be able to see those people?
In time, a genealogy report showing the affiliates and customers etc. should become available. Because this system is built on a locked down, block chain environment, anonymity and privacy are critical. So, it may be that while you can see those you've added directly, others added by others will simply be numbers preserving privacy. Time will tell.
Can I purchase multiple devices?
Yes, you can purchase multiple devices and link them to your AI instance. For example, some choose to purchase both the BioSense watch for it's sensational features and the ring to monitor their sleep patterns if they elect not to sleep with a watch on.
Do we have competitive insights for BioSense HeathTech devices vs those offered by other major brands?
What is the best way to become familiar with our BioSense devices?

How long does it take to receive my device once I place my order?
If you've ordered the BioSense watch, since it is literally hot off the production line and is in high demand, you may have to wait a couple weeks to receive yours. The wait is diminishing as production ramps up to meet demand. The ring and the band are both in stock and can be shipped right away. In time, supply and demand will align.
When can I begin using my AI Co-pilot?
Because the beta version of the AI Co-pilot is being launched in stages, it may take a week or two following affiliation for you to reach the front of the queue. You can try to see if you've made it to the front of the queue by visiting beta.vyvo.ai
What is blockchain and how does it create privacy and security of data?
Why am I paying customs on my inbound shipment from DHL?
Because these devices are shipping into the US from a foreign country, customs charges will be applied. Once our team is large enough here in the US, a distribution warehouse will be established here in the US which may avoid or diminish the impact of these customs charges on each device as customs charges will likely be applied on the larger shipment itself rather than on each device.
What is Odee?
Odee (Odee.com) is Vyvo's FinTech bank. As compensation is earned through Vyvo, it is paid into your Odee wallet. To access your funds, you can set up a virtual VyvoPay or OdeePay debit card or obtain a physical debit card. The physical debit card takes a couple weeks to arrive but it's cool to have and the VyvoPay card in particular is a conversation starter all by itself when you drop it down in plain site.
Can I link my bank account to Odee to transfer my revenue share commissions?
Not yet. Soon Odee will have bank account linking capability allowing you to transfer your revenue share commissions directly to your bank. For now, you would top up and use the OdeePay or VyvoPay debit card to access your available funds. So, if you're out to dinner or grabbing coffee, you'll simply tap to pay. And, with your BioSense watch or band, you'll be able to link your debit card to tap to pay with your device as well.
How are my revenue share commissions taxed?
Like any business, you'll pay taxes on profits achieved which is, of course, a great outcome! We suggest you speak with your tax advisor to discuss how best to manage your business and the taxes due on your profits. We cannot provide any guidance or advice on this as we are not professionals in this area.
